Hellberg Safety’s directive regarding product warranty, service and complaint.

In the event that service is required, please contact your nearest distributor who will validate your claim for warranty and arrange appropriate action. You will need proof of purchase in the form of a purchase receipt. Battery charger (where applicable) must be returned together with the product.
For service beyond the warranty period, essential or periodic, we recommend that you contact your distributor.

Hellberg Safety product warranty:

Hellberg Safety products are covered by a manufacturer’s conditional warranty, valid 12 months from delivery date to distributing partner. From distributing partner to end user part, an additional 12 months warranty will follow from date of purchase. End user part must validate any complaint with a receipt stating date of purchase. Hellberg Safety AB warrants that should any material or workmanship defect cause the product to operate incorrectly within the warranty period, Hellberg Safety will repair or replace, at their discretion, defective parts at no charge.
This warranty does not cover faults occurring due to misuse, abuse, neglect, and is void should it be altered or serviced by an unauthorized service agent.

Distributing partner replaces end user part with products from their own storage house. Distributing partner returns defect products to Hellberg Service Centre after agreement, or at least every 6 months. Hellberg Service Centre delivers after approved complaint replacement products to distributing partner at following ordinary shipment.

Credit claim:

Products cannot be returned without written permission. To obtain written permission, contact Hellberg Safety Sales Support. Material returned for credit will be subject to factory inspection. Current products or products within warranty period will be subject to a restocking charge. Returned products should be sent to Hellberg Safety with shipping charges prepaid.
